Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process after delivery. Please contact us immediately at support@classeyicon.shop if you need to cancel.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details and shipping information. If you do not receive it within 24 hours please check your spam folder or contact us.

Are your prices in USD?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.

How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

How long does delivery take?

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipment details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
